DOMESTIC SHIPPING

HELLO CANADA!

We offer FREE shipping on all Canadian orders over $150*.

If your order is below $150, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. We will send you a tracking # for your package once shipped.

** some exceptions apply for oversized or fragile items. See item descriptions 

LOCAL PICK UP

HELLO FELLOW VICTORIANS!

We offer FREE in-store pickup (during regular shop hours).

Orders are generally ready within 24hours, and must be picked up within 10days. Please select this option at checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

HELLO USA! HELLO WORLD!

If you are shopping from outside Canada/USA, please contact us and we will quote you the best shipping option with tracking.


Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, we will email you a shipping notification along with your tracking number. 

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

Our prices are all listed in Canadian currency.


RETURNS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - ONLINE PURCHASES

If you're less than pleased with your purchase, please contact us at info@paboom.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and issue an RA # if necessary. 
Returns will be issued in the form of store credit/exchange or a refund onto the original payment method.

Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, as well as any taxes, brokerage charges or duty incurred. If you are local, in-store returns are also accepted; please leave a note for this option when requesting RMA.
No returns are accepted without a Return Authorization #. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - IN STORE PURCHASES

If you're less than pleased with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges in store within 14 days. Items must be in their original packaging, new/unused and must include the original sales receipt.
Returns will be issued in the form of store credit/exchange or a refund according to the original payment method.

Gift returns require a gift receipt (or original receipt) & are then treated the same as a regular return/exchange.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final sale items include personal care/beauty products (such as soap, lotions, perfume), earrings, gift cards and consumables (food). If you have any questions or need clarity on a specific item, please feel free to contact us.

PACKAGING

Please note that PABOOM strives to recycle as much as possible when packing and shipping. Accordingly, your order may arrive in a box that has been up-cycled from a previous shipment and contain packing materials such as bubble wrap, tissue, and popcorn have also been reused. We appreciate any effort that you too can make to reuse our shipping materials and/or recycle them, and/or turn them into a fantastic craft project (and if so, please send us pics!)
